How to create Kanban views for a module

1. Start by launching the app

2. Head over to the Enquiries module to manage and organise all your incoming requests

3. Click the dropdown next to Enquiries by Status to begin customising your workflow display

4. Select Create Kanban View to tailor your board for a visual, drag-and-drop enquiry management experience.

6. Name this view


7. Open the Categorise By dropdown to choose how your enquiries will be grouped on the board.


8. Pick Region to easily track enquiries by geographic area and focus your follow-up


9. Change up the Header Style to make your board visually engaging and easy to navigate.

10. Select Multi Color for header styles that distinguish each region at a glance.

11. Choose Everyone to instantly share this customised Kanban board with your entire team, or select specific users

12. Add the relevant fields for deeper context directly on each enquiry card

13. Fields can be re-ordered by clicking and dragging to the required position


14. Click Save to apply your field selections and customise the Kanban experience.


15. Enquiries are now shown by Region
