How to create an email signature

1. Start by opening Settings to access customisation options

2. Select Email from the Channels section to manage your communication settings

3. Open the Default Font Family dropdown to update your email's professional appearance

4. Click Add New Signature to create a branded email signature

5. Enter a Signature Name to easily manage multiple signatures

7. Choose your preferred email address to personalise outgoing messages

8. Click in the signature editor to update your contact details or add a personal touch

9. Change the font style for your signature text to keep branding consistent

10. Select your ideal signature font size to ensure your branding stands out

11. Click the insert image icon to add your company logo or image to the signature

12. Use Browse files to upload a logo or image straight from your computer

13. Choose Original size to keep your logo crisp and clear in every email

14. Click Insert Image to finalise adding your logo to your signature

15. Click Save to apply your signature and branding updates company-wide
