How to add vacancies

1. Start by accessing your dashboard

2. Navigate to the Vacancies tab to view and manage open roles at a glance

3. Click on Create Vacancy to launch a new job opening

4. Enter a compelling job title to draw in top candidates

5. Select the stage of your hiring process to keep your pipeline organised

6. Mark the vacancy as confirmed

7. Specify the job role to ensure your listing attracts the right applicants

9. Choose the relevant account

10. Outline the key responsibilities to set clear expectations for candidates

11. List advantageous skills to attract applicants with desirable qualities


12. Highlight salary, rewards, and perks to make your vacancy stand out


13. Add clear application instructions to guide candidates effortlessly


14. Describe the essential skills and attributes needed for success in this role

15. Share what makes your company a great place to work to attract top talent

16. Explain the job’s location and working conditions to set clear expectations

17. Hit Save to make your new vacancy live and ready for applicants

18. Return to the vacancies dashboard to manage or review job listings.

19. Click a job listing to review details, edit, or track applicants in one place.
