How to add applicants

1. Start by opening the main dashboard for a complete overview of your recruitment pipeline

2. Navigate to Applicants to view and manage your talent pool

3. Tap Create Applicant to begin adding a new candidate to your database

4. Enter the applicant's full name to personalise their record

5. Type the applicant's first name

6. Add the applicant's last name to ensure accurate identification

7. Select the current recruitment stage to track applicant progress seamlessly

8. Choose Resume Received to indicate the candidate has submitted their resume

9. Pick an industry to match the applicant's background with open roles

10. Set the applicant’s industry for more targeted job pairing

11. Enter the applicant’s salary expectations to align opportunities with their goals

12. Input the desired role to streamline job matching

13. Provide the applicant’s email address to ensure smooth follow-up communication

14. Add a mobile number for quick and direct candidate contact

15. Open the Communication Skills dropdown to start the skills assessment

16. Make your selection/s for this record

17. Open the Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking dropdown to review analytic skills

18. Make your selection/s for this record

19. Continue building your skills assessment by highlighting the applicant's strengths

20. Add additional details including contact persons for Reference Checks

21. Enter the applicant's Address Information for accurate records

22. Save the new applicant

23. Review the new applicant

24. Return to the Applicants Kanban view
