Setting up your email signature in Zoho CRM

To set up your email signature in Zoho CRM, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Zoho CRM account.
Step 2: Click on the gear icon on the top right corner and select "Settings".

Step 3: Click on "Email" under "Channels".

Step 4: Under Compose Settings you can configure basic default email settings to personalise your composing experience such as Font Family, and Font Size.

Step 5: Enter the details of your signature, such as your name, job title, phone number, and any other relevant information you want to include.

-Use the formatting options to customise the font, size, colour, and style of your signature.
-Upload your company logo or any other image you want to include in your signature.
You can now choose to add your signature to all outgoing emails from your Zoho CRM account by selecting the "Include signature" checkbox under the "Signature" section.
That's it! You have successfully set up your email signature in Zoho CRM. Now all your outgoing emails will have a professional and consistent signature that represents your brand.
