How to Edit an Enquiry/Lead in CRM Canvas View

To edit a contact in Zoho CRM, you can follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your Zoho CRM account using your credentials. www.zoho.com/crm 
Step 2: Once you are logged in, you will be in the Zoho CRM dashboard.

Step 3: In the top navigation menu, click on the "Enquiries" tab to open the enquiries module.

Step 4: Locate the entry you want to edit either by scrolling through the list or using the search functionality.
Step 5: Once you find the desired enquiry, click on its name to open the contact details page.
Step 6: On the enquiry details page, you will see all the information associated with that enquiry. These views will differ in design but all will have an Edit button on the top right of the page.

Step 7: Click on Edit to open the standard enquiries page

Step 8: Modify the information as needed. You can update fields such as name, email address, phone number, address, and other contact details.
Step 9: Additionally, you can make changes to custom fields if your Zoho CRM account has them.
Step 10: After making the necessary changes, review the updated information to ensure accuracy.
Step 11: Click on the Save button to save the changes you made to the entry.

Once you save the changes, the contact will be updated with the edited information in your Zoho CRM system.
