How to create email templates

1. Select Settings

2. Navigate to the Templates section

3. Click New Template to create an email template

4. Select the relevant module for your template

5. Click Next to customise your email template

6. Select Blank to start designing a campaign type email template or Insert HTML/Plain text for a day-to-day email communication

7. Name your new template

8. Add a subject line that grabs attention

9. Drag and drop in elements to start creating your template


10. Type # and then select the field name to add relevant fields from each module11. Add images to make your email visually appealing


12. Upload a file from your computer

13. Insert your chosen image directly into your email design.

14. Preview your email before sending it out

15. Switch to Mobile view

16. Edit or review your email or send yourself a test email

17. Click Save

18. Select a folder for organised storage

19. Save your template in Public Email Templates for your whole team to use

20. Confirm your save to make this template available right away

20. Select the module to send an email

21. Click Send Email

22. Easily insert an email template to save time and keep your messages consistent
